Unscripted: Philly Voices on A Nation of Artists

Led the full production of a 27-stop audio tour for the Philadelphia Museum of Art's landmark reinstallation of its American art collection. Drafted the RFP to select an audio production partner, advised on speaker selection, and reviewed scripts and final audio. Speakers include actor Daniel Dae Kim, drag performer Sapphira Cristal, Olympic rower Justin Best, and broadcaster Merrill Reese — each paired intentionally with works that matched their personal histories and perspectives. The tour was built around a central idea: that anyone can find meaning in art, and that creativity shows up in every field.

In the Studio: Engagement Gallery Film

Managed the RFP and selection of a filmmaker to produce an in-gallery film featuring seven Philadelphia artists working today. Led creative direction during on-site filming in artists' studios, provided narrative and editorial feedback through all draft stages, and coordinated with AV and construction teams during gallery renovation to ensure the infrastructure was in place for the exhibition's opening.

A Nation of Artists Programming Suite

Coordinated 18 interdisciplinary programs across a 15-month exhibition expected to reach over 500,000 visitors, educators, and students. Programming spanned live performances, family festivals, teen art-making and podcasting workshops, neighborhood walking tours, educator seminars, and a graduate symposium — delivered with 90+ collaborators including artists, scholars, local organizations, and other museums. Presented program strategy to the board's Education Committee and the museum director.

Building Truth — Museum Expansion

Served as project manager and content developer for a capital expansion that included the renovation of existing galleries and a new pavilion housing a boxcar believed to have transported victims to death camps. Developed interpretive concepts including a map-based data visualization showing LA's history as a refuge for displaced communities, and a floor installation designed to translate the scale of the Final Solution into a felt, spatial experience — making the incomprehensible tangible.

Become the Dream — Museum Expansion

Guided content production for a $50 million expansion that included 22 media programs. Managed a contracted object researcher, curator, and two media production firms; served as liaison between the research team and curatorial and collections staff; led board presentations; and drafted director-level outreach for object acquisition from high-profile individuals.

Bluecadet | 2014 - 2021

Activating Innovation — Onsite & Mobile Experience

Developed cross-platform storytelling for a large-scale museum project integrating digital media, interactive exhibits, and a mobile audio tour. Interpreted key aviation milestones — including the DC-3 and the Wright Brothers' path to flight — for broad public audiences. Led archival research and licensing across three programs, including contract negotiation and budget oversight.

Hoover-Mason Trestle — Signage, Audio & Web

Created an interpretive master plan for an elevated industrial park, drafting copy for two types of signage — historical panels connecting visitors to nearby landmarks, and technical panels explaining the steel-making processes conducted on site. Produced an audio tour incorporating oral histories, and managed the full fabrication process from bid documents through installation. Also developed content for the companion website, hoovermason.com.

Oral History Film Series

Managed archival research and licensing from over 20 archives for a series of 55 oral history films, produced over a four-month period. Coordinated permissions, sourced materials, and ensured historical accuracy and sensitivity throughout the production process.
